Agroforestry Shelter Belt and Orchard Establishment
Scenic Rim, South East QueenslandGround preparation, tubestock installation and establishment maintenance for an eight-row, one-hectare integrated agroforestry system combining productive fruit and nut trees with livestock pasture. Species selected for dual function: orchard production and stock shelter, with native species at margins for ecological connectivity.
Trees established and maintained across three growing seasons. Canopy closure achieved in shelter belt zones, providing measurable stock protection and pasture improvement.
Council-Funded Riparian Corridor Restoration
Scenic Rim, South East QueenslandSmall-scale conservation tree planting and lantana control funded by an environmental grant through local council. Species selected for riparian corridor connectivity and koala habitat support. Works included initial weed control, site preparation, tubestock installation and follow-up establishment maintenance over twelve months.
Native understorey and mid-storey vegetation establishing across treated areas. Council grant acquittal completed with full documentation and photo-point monitoring records.
Multi-Year Lantana Management Program
Scenic Rim, South East QueenslandMulti-year lantana management program on a rural acreage property with significant infestation across creek line and paddock margins. Program included initial foliar spray of primary infestation areas, cut-stump treatment of established woody plants in sensitive zones, and scheduled follow-up visits in years two and three targeting seedling germination from the seed bank.
Lantana density reduced by approximately 70 percent across treated areas over three years. Native understorey regeneration evident in creek line zones following weed removal.
Ongoing Rural Property Maintenance Program
Lockyer Valley, South East QueenslandAnnual maintenance program covering paddock slashing, fence line clearing and pasture weed management on a working livestock property. Ecological training applied to identify and report emerging weed species before establishment. Slashing height and timing managed to support pasture recovery and maintain productive grass cover.
Property maintained to a consistently high standard. Emerging prickly acacia population identified and treated during Year 2 visits before reaching seed-setting density.
Commercial Property Grounds Maintenance Program
Brisbane, South East QueenslandScheduled grounds maintenance program for a commercial property including regular lawn mowing, hedge trimming of Murraya boundary screens, garden bed maintenance and seasonal fertilisation. Programmed visits with reporting and photo documentation provided to the property manager after each visit.
Property presentation maintained consistently across the year. Hedge renovation carried out in Year 1 to bring overgrown boundary screens back to a manageable standard, then maintained on a six-weekly schedule.
Firebreak Establishment and Seasonal Maintenance
Scenic Rim, South East QueenslandFirebreak establishment and ongoing seasonal maintenance on a rural property adjacent to state forest. Initial firebreak clearing using Avant 745 flail mower on steep terrain inaccessible to standard tractors. Subsequent programmed maintenance visits ahead of fire season with vegetation managed to Queensland fire management standards.
Firebreaks established across challenging terrain and maintained at required width and vegetation height. Property owners satisfied with access to previously unmanageable sections of the property boundary.
